Our esteemed ag retailer is seeking a driven and organized individual to fill the role of Agronomy Operations Manager near the area. They are looking for someone with a proven track record of success to take charge and lead their operations. Key responsibilities will include dispatching spray rigs, managing work orders, addressing customer needs, conducting site visits, and generating sales.


This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000, as well as bonus potential. They also provide employees with 100% company-paid medical and dental plans. In addition, they offer a full benefits package, including a pension and 401K plan.
