Senior Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing Systems, Test & Automation

Agilent seeks an MSAT Engineer to lead manufacturing science and technology initiatives for analytical instrumentation. The role bridges R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to translate product innovation into scalable, high-performance manufacturing solutions across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead production test planning and design evaluation during new product introduction phase
- Serve as technical owner for critical platform technology processes across full product lifecycle
- Conduct root cause investigations and corrective actions for complex manufacturing issues
- Define system-level manufacturing concepts, test strategies, and industrialization approaches
- Collaborate with R&D on product development, validation, and manufacturability readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 8+ years experience in comparable engineering role, ideally including Test Engineering
- Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
- Experience with technical drawings and CAD tools
- PCBA design, manufacturing and qualification processes knowledge
- Proven project management and cross-functional team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with FMEA, DoE, DfX, Value Engineering or similar methodologies
Compensation: $103,200-$161,250/yr plus bonus, stock and benefits
