Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of 6 employees Manage inventory levels, product tracking, and packaging operations Ensure accuracy of inventory counts and reportingWork closely with production and warehouse teams to meet deadlines Use Excel, inventory systems, and mobile apps efficiently Maintain organization and cleanliness within the department Monitor employee performance and productivity Complete projects and assignments within established timelines Assist in improving workflow and operational efficiency Qualifications Previous inventory experience in food and packaging required Supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of Excel and inventory management apps/systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication and leadership abilities Must be dependable, detail‑oriented, and proactive Ability to accept constructive criticism and apply feedback professionally Compensation $28 - $32 per hour Health Benefits 48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap) BOTTEGA LOUIE IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
