CAD Designer – Conveyor & Warehouse Layouts: Beloit, WI

We are seeking an experienced CAD Designer to support the design and development of conveyor, warehouse, and material-handling layouts for new construction and retrofit projects. This is a heavily AutoCAD-focused position that combines technical design with customer interaction to develop accurate, functional layouts that meet operational and logistics needs. 

Key  Responsibilities:

• Create and modify detailed AutoCAD layouts for conveyor systems, warehouse/facility configurations, equipment placement, material flow, dock/staging areas
• Own new builds and retrofit projects
• Partner with customers, operations, and engineering teams to gather requirements, ask the right questions, verify measurements and specifications
• Translate customer needs into accurate, to-scale drawings
• Revise layouts as project requirements evolve while ensuring accuracy, functionality, and effective material flow
• Occasional customer site visits may be available based on project needs

Skills & Experience :

• Education : Associate degree in engineering, preferred  not required; relevant experience will be considered
• Experience : 1+ years of experience designing conveyor systems, warehouse design, distribution centers, material handling, facility layouts, logistics, or industrial space planning,  required
• Software:  AutoCAD,  required

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000/year, based on experience

Type: Full-time, 1st Shift, On-site

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
