Duties:
- Build and improve business workflows and enterprise integrations using AI-driven low-code/no-code tools such as Workato.
- Partner with stakeholders and end users to analyze processes and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Design secure, scalable solutions aligned with best practices and business requirements.
- Move between low-code and custom-coded solutions based on project needs.
- Adapt to evolving processes and technologies while following change management standards.
- Maintain documentation to support audit, compliance, and operational needs.
- Collaborate with local and international teams, including travel when needed.

Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integrations and workflow process automation, with strong expertise in Workato.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
- Proven experience building modular, scalable software solutions and deploying them in production environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, secure REST APIs using object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong fluency in prompt engineering and in designing effective LLM-powered interactions for enterprise workflows.

Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
