This role ensures accurate campaign setup, quality execution, and strong cross‐functional coordination while supporting continuous improvement through testing and performance insights.Key Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Functions:* Execute lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS platforms* Support campaign setup, scheduling, QA, testing, and deployment* Build and manage campaign components within the CRM platform, perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy.* Coordinate with Creative, CRM, and Data teams to ensure timely delivery* Manage campaign changes and updates within tight timelines* Support testing initiatives and document results to inform optimization* Assist with reporting and performance trackingEducation / Skills and Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred* 2-5 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or digital execution roles* Experience working with email or marketing automation platforms preferred* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment## **Location:**Corporate Office-maurices-Duluth, MN 55802## **Position Type:**Regular/Full time**Pay Range:**Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00This position is eligible for an annual incentive compensation based on company performance.**How We Work:** Our Smart Work program pairs the best of in‐person collaboration with the flexibility to work remotely, guided by business needs and the nature of each role.
