You start with a huddle, assign bays, and keep the workflow steady so customers receive safe, high-quality, and timely service. You are on the floor with your team-coaching, stepping in where needed, and ensuring strong execution across the business. You engage directly with customers to explain options clearly, build trust, and help them make confident decisions. You think beyond the moment—connecting daily actions to store performance, team productivity, and the overall customer experience. No desk is required. Your Everyday Work Includes Leading a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4–5 technicians while fostering a culture focused on teamwork, customer care, and accountability to performance, safety, and quality standards.
