This is a practice built around founders, growth-stage companies, and the funds behind them. The work is sophisticated, the client base is serious, and associates are kept close to the deals. Role Summary You would advise innovative companies across the full lifecycle, including formation, venture financings, day-to-day corporate matters, and M&A. The practice also represents investors, which gives this role a broader market view than a pure company-side seat. Candidate Profile Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience at a comparable law firm with meaningful exposure to venture financings and emerging company work. You should be comfortable managing deal documents and closings, keeping multiple workstreams moving, and communicating directly with founders, executives, investors, and opposing counsel. Strong writing, judgment, and quantitative skills are expected. Excel fluency matters in this role.
