Business Analyst

- Interview Process: Virtual and in-person. 60-minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (video required). - Assignment duration: Initial 1-year contract with a possibility of extension based on performance and business needed. -Required onsite days- Wednesdays and Thursdays - Candidates must be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. This requirement is non-negotiable Job Summary: The Business Analyst will partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, project leadership, and delivery teams to support discovery, business process analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), training readiness, and Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog management activities. This role serves as a bridge between business operations and technical delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and are successfully adopted by end users. Required Skills: -8+ years of experience gathering requirements from user -6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation -4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies -3+ years of experience maintaining and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools (Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.). -CBAP Certification (new requirement) Preferred: -Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and work item management -Experience supporting Product Owners in Agile delivery environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
