Project Manager

• Lab Space & Equipment Management: Maintain laboratory facilities to ensure organization, safety compliance, and operational readiness. Manage equipment inventories, coordinate preventative maintenance, and train personnel on system operations.
• Data Collection & Processing: Assist with experimental setups, integrate hardware systems, and execute precise data collection protocols. Perform initial data cleaning and organization for research teams.
• Field Deployment Coordination: Plan logistics, schedule activities, and coordinate with external partners for off-site data collection events, including traveling to domestic field sites.
• Operations & Facilities Support: Assist with laboratory renovations, coordinate space modifications, and manage timelines and resources for facilities-related projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (an Interim Secret is acceptable to start).
• 5+ years of experience managing laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, inventory, and safety compliance.
• 5+ years of experience executing data collections in laboratory or field environments, including hardware integration and initial data processing.
• 5+ years of experience operating and maintaining Computer-Assisted Rehabilitation ENvironment (CAREN) systems.
• Proven experience coordinating field deployments, including managing logistics with external stakeholders and domestic travel.
• Strong capability to manage complex hardware/software systems and multi-task across operational and facilities priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing laboratory environments focused on human-subjects research.
• Familiarity with integrating specialized measurement hardware (such as Vicon motion capture, Delsys EMG/IMU, Xsens, Cosmed metabolic systems, or Scalable projection).
• Experience coordinating facility renovations or space planning projects.
• Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards and compliance.
