We are looking for a personable and organized Concierge - Level 1 to support daily workplace operations. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, assisting visitors and employees, and keeping shared spaces running smoothly. The role combines front-facing customer service with administrative coordination, requiring strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort with basic computer-based tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain café, pantry, and breakroom areas so they remain clean, orderly, and properly supplied throughout the day.
• Coordinate food service needs by arranging breakfast, lunch, and catering requests with outside providers and internal teams.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, following up on service needs and helping ensure timely resolution of workplace issues.
• Provide administrative assistance with calendars, scheduling needs, and other routine office support activities.
• Organize conference room usage by managing reservations and confirming rooms are ready for meetings and guest arrivals.
• Welcome visitors by overseeing registration, check-in, and check-out procedures while delivering an attentive guest experience.
• Support workplace experience efforts that help the office operate efficiently and create a positive environment for employees and guests.
• Assist with general office operations and complete additional clerical or coordination tasks as needed.• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, office support, concierge services, or a similar administrative environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use basic computer applications and perform standard office-related tasks accurately.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist guests, visitors, tenants, and staff with careful attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating schedules, calendars, room bookings, or service requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working on-site in a part-time role and managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with vendors, catering contacts, and workplace operations teams to support daily business needs.
• Must be able to meet pre-employment screening requirements, including candidate screening requirements if applicable.
