Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability for performance, and provide real‑time feedback and guidance to help the team achieve KPI goals. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels. Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems. Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
