Staff Physical Therapist

Longmont, CO | Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered

We're recruiting for a therapist-led orthopedic practice in Longmont that values clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling and exceptional patient care. This is an opportunity to join a positive, collaborative team without the pressures often found in larger corporate organisations.

The Role

• Treat general orthopedic and sports medicine patients
• Provide true one-on-one care with every patient
• 30-minute appointments for both evaluations and follow-up visits
• Approximately 15 patients per day

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• No weekends
• Flexible hours with options including 4-day or 5-day work weeks
• Full-Time preferred (30+ hours), with Part-Time applicants welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000-$95,000 annually

What You'll Bring

• Colorado Physical Therapist licence (or eligibility)
• Outpatient orthopaedic experience preferred
• New graduates with relevant experience will also be considered

Salary Range Disclosure: $75,000-$95,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications and other job-related factors.
