Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license or eligibility
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Bilingual candidates are highly desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Role Overview:

• Provide direct support to students under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Assist in delivery of speech and language therapy sessions according to established goals
• Document progress and maintain detailed records for each student
• Prepare materials and adapt resources as needed
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment

Position Details & Schedule:

• Work two days per week, with the flexibility to choose your preferred days
• Hours are 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM, allowing for valuable work-life balance
• The assignment runs from September through January, with the potential to transition to a permanent position
