Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a 13-week contract at a long-term care facility in the Geneseo-Davenport area. The role involves day-shift nursing with up to $53 per hour and a guaranteed 36-hour week.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
Provide patient and family education with compassion and professionalism
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or compact eligibility
Current BLS certification required
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills:

Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC, SNF, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Experience with EMR documentation systems preferred
