Our team is tight-knit, hardworking, and committed to hospitality at the highest level. Position Overview: We are seeking a professional, guest-focused Back Server to join our front-of-house team. This role is a blend of host, food runner, and server assistant—perfect for someone looking to gain experience in fine dining and grow into a full server role upon turning 21. What You’ll Do: Refill water and other beverages efficiently and courteously Clear tables, reset settings, and maintain cleanliness throughout service Assist servers with placing and running food orders Monitor guest needs and support timely table service Help enforce our steps of service to ensure a five-star experience Provide a welcoming and hospitable presence for every guest What We’re Looking For: Must be 19 years or older Friendly, respectful, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication skills and attention to detail Able to work on your feet and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry Why Work With Us?
