Physical Therapy Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of treatment plans for residents

• Conduct physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the physical therapist, including exercises, activities, and other interventions

• Monitor resident progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist

• Maintain accurate records of resident treatment plans, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and goals

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that meets the unique needs of each resident
