Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and plant utility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and rotating equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inspect equipment, identify potential problems, and recommend solutions before failures occur.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

• Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, participate in an on-call rotation, and obtain required equipment certifications as needed.
