Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Prior experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide direct and consultative services to students and staff
• Offer support and resources to families to enhance student progress
