Effingham Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our collaborative women's health team in the heart of Central Illinois. This is a unique opportunity to practice full-scope obstetrics and gynecology in a supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance, strong clinical relationships, and long-term success.

- Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center (Mattoon, IL) – Level II NICU, surgical robotics, block OR time
- Support: Dedicated clinical staff, administrative assistance, and robust mentorship program.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary: $300K + productivity bonuses
- Sign-On & Relocation Bonus: $100K

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
