You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our solutions, and closing deals, all through direct, in-person engagement. This involves:Initiating conversations and building immediate rapport with individuals.Clearly and persuasively presenting Pro Bid's offerings.Skillfully navigating objections and answering questions on the spot.Identifying customer needs and tailoring your pitch accordingly.Negotiating terms and closing sales agreements.Maintaining a high level of self-driven activity to meet daily targets.Traveling to various locations to meet with clients.QualificationsTo excel in this role, you'll need:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build instant rapport and deliver a concise, persuasive pitch.The ability to read people and handle objections gracefully within seconds of engagement.Remarkable resilience and a thick skin to thrive amid frequent rejection while maintaining high energy and a positive attitude.The capacity to quickly read people, ask qualifying questions, and negotiate effectively.A self-motivated and disciplined approach to work independently and consistently hit daily targets.An entrepreneurial mindset.CompensationAs a Commission Only role, your earning potential is directly tied to your performance.
