What to Expect:

This is an interview-focused hiring event designed to fast-track qualified candidates. Meet directly with our hiring team. Participate in live virtual interviews (via Microsoft Teams). Learn more about our remote work environment. Selected candidates may move forward quickly in the hiring process.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in healthcare support: healthcare insurance follow-up, billing, or call center environments preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others

Remote Requirements:

Must have a reliable, distraction-free work environment. Must successfully pass an internet speed test (required for consideration)

Compensation & Equipment:

• Insurance Follow-Up Specialist: $16 -$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
• BONUS opportunity: All positions are eligible for a $500 quarterly bonus based on production and quality performance

Equipment Provided: GetixHealth provides all necessary equipment for your remote work setup, including a computer and required tools.
