Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Leadership

• Run daily store operations, performance, and presentation.
• Open and close the store, maintain operational discipline, and uphold company standards.
• Implement promotions, new processes, and company initiatives consistently.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and ready for high‐end clientele.

Team Management

• Supervise and support the Vacuum Repair Technician, ensuring repair workflow runs smoothly.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and people‐first culture.
• Handle scheduling, task assignments, and daily direction.

Customer Experience

• Deliver a premium, education‐focused customer experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and help customers make informed decisions.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
• M, T, Th, F 9:30-5:30 Sat 9:30-1:30 (Normal Store Hours), with some outside work and other inventory responsibilities the position will require on average 40 hours a week.

As a National Factory Direct Store we are less expensive than Wal-Mart, Amazon, and all competitors. We provide fully assembled products and offer service and parts after the initial purchase. 6 Nationwide locations

Community Engagement & Local Partnerships

• Build strong relationships with local customers, businesses, and community leaders.
• Represent Imperial Home Appliances at Chamber of Commerce events, small‐business gatherings, and local networking opportunities.
• Identify and leverage community partnerships that support store growth, brand visibility, and customer trust.
• Act as the store’s ambassador, strengthening Imperial’s reputation as a reliable, high‐end local resource.

Inventory, Budget & Compliance

• Manage store inventory accuracy, shrink control, and ordering processes.
• Oversee store budget, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure equipment, displays, and repair areas are clean and operational

• Oversee daily operations and adherence to company standards.

Team Management & Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and key staff.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline and support succession planning.
• Deliver coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed.
• Promote a positive, accountable, high‐performance culture.

Customer Experience

• Ensure every store delivers a consistent, exceptional customer experience.
• Support stores in resolving escalated customer concerns.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement district‐wide improvements.

Inventory, Safety & Compliance

• Oversee inventory accuracy, shrink control, and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment readiness, and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industries preferred but not a must. Better than average Mechanical aptitude would be a plus.
• Leadership, communication, and people‐development skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and effective in a fast‐growing environment.
