Job TitleMachine Operator/Assembler (Contract-to-Hire)Pay & Benefits$18.75/hr starting pay, with overtime available on Fridays, but currently working Monday through Thursday.. On-site fitness center.Hours & LocationNorth Ridgeville, OH • Monday–Thursday 5:50am–4:20pm • OT Fridays as neededBreaks: 30-minute lunch + (2) 10-minute breaksJob ResponsibilitiesOperating a press machineAssemble ignitor components (gaskets, back plates, screws, springs) using small hand toolsWork independently at times while following clear instruction sheetsPack pumps and motors into boxes, build cartons, and apply labels for shipmentMonitor quality and keep pace with daily production goals (up to 500+ units/day once fully trained)Opportunity to cross-train into sub-assembly and product testing as you growRequired QualificationsDependable attendance and punctuality in a manufacturing/production settingComfortable standing/walking for the full shift in a repetitive, fast-paced environmentGood manual dexterity and attention to detailAble to read and understand English work instructionsAssembly or general labor experience is a plus (training provided)Work EnvironmentBusy, well-run manufacturing facility producing residential and commercial heating/energy equipment.
