Student Asst - FWS

Job Title

Working with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to provide support to the Systems and Recruitment teams.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

• Make outgoing calls to prospective, applied and admitted students who have expressed an interest in attending USF
• Explain and aid students and parents in the various parts of the application process and steps to become an enrolled student
• Aid in the staffing of the Office of Admissions call center. Field incoming calls from prospective and current students in a clear and concise manner. Provide an excellent level of customer service while maintaining a professional interaction.
• Assist the Domestic recruitment teams. Interact with Admission recruiter/advisors and their respective student prospect/applicants.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by office staff.

Position details: Work schedule - Monday to Thursday 3:30pm to 7:30pm and potential daytime hours (maximum of 20hrs) at $15.00/hr

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must demonstrate general office skills and be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
