Restaurant Busser

Busser Position

The Busser is responsible for supporting the restaurant team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This position assists Servers and Hosts by clearing and resetting tables, replenishing supplies, and ensuring guests enjoy a clean and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly after guests have finished dining.
• Clean and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Refill water glasses and assist guests with basic requests as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Assist Servers with food delivery when needed.
• Stock service stations with silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Support Hosts by preparing tables and helping manage guest flow.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests at all times.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule

Flexible schedule required. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings, and overtime as needed based on hotel occupancy, staffing needs, and business levels.
