Clinical Dietitian - Patient Nutrition & Education Leader
Advocate Health
Advocate Health is seeking a Dietitian Nutritionist to provide nutrition care per physician orders and standards. The role includes MTN therapy, team collaboration, patient education, and documentation in accordance with department policies.
You will monitor patients' nutrition status, participate in rounds, and support high-risk populations to prevent malnutrition. Illinois licensure or RD eligibility is required.
