Role Overview The Store Manager oversees all store operations, including staffing, inventory management, sales, and customer service. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, and merchandising practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret safety instructions, perform basic math, and handle cash procedures. Organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to lead and develop staff. Preferred bilingual skills in some locations. Key Duties Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff. Manage store operations, including opening, closing, and daily routines. Analyze sales and expenses to optimize store performance. Ensure inventory accuracy and presentation standards. Maintain safety, security, and compliance with policies. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, safe environment. Complete required paperwork and ensure adherence to company policies. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
