Seasonal Associate - Southridge PINK Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service while growing sales. What We Offer 40% Associate Discount Free Mental Health (EAP) benefits for you and those who live with you Free Product Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Key Responsibilities When assigned to the sales floor: drive store sales by personally selling to customers, proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively; provide customers with the best bra fit by asking effective questions; convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales When assigned to the cash wrap: deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, process transactions accurately and efficiently; reinforce buying decisions at checkout and encourage additional purchases; manage cash wrap selling zone and go-backs When assigned to Processing and Replenishment: process merchandise to floor ready, maintain back room and under stock to brand standards; replenish merchandise to brand standards; assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock recovery When assigned to Floorset Activity: execute floorset proficiently; adhere to brand standards; assist with back room and under stock maintenance All Associate Responsibilities Drive top-line store sales results and grow the business Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator Prepare for each shift by knowing sales, promotions, and procedures Recover and replenish merchandise Adhere to visual merchandising standards Assist in housekeeping and report maintenance issues Build awareness and skills in loss prevention Support store strategy to reduce shrink; provide a safe working environment Demonstrate Company values and build loyalty through the Rewards Program This role may require lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing Qualifications Authentic desire to exceed the customer’s expectations Ability to meet or exceed goals Demonstrates urgency and a healthy, competitive spirit with a team focus Resilient and capable of bouncing back from setbacks Pursues opportunities to take on more responsibility Seeks coaching to improve productivity; demonstrates self-directed learning Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours We are an equal opportunity employer.
