The Basics: Job Type: Part Time, Flexible Availability: Requires availability during weekdays (Mon-Fri) from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm Must be available a minimum of 3 weekday evenings per week Weekend availability preferred, but not required Areas of high need: Alhambra, Pasadena, Temple City, La Puente Compensation: $25-$32/hr. depending on experience Responsibilities: A registered behavioral technician is responsible for: Providing one-on-one, in-home behavioral intervention to ABA Effects clients in accordance with the behavioral treatment plan. Collecting and documenting accurate and timely records of a child’s performance via electronic data collection software. Reporting on patient progress to case managers and board‑certified behavioral analysts (BCBA) and implementing feedback during each therapy session. Actively conducting sessions, moving frequently and constantly repositioning in response to and in anticipation of the client’s movements and behaviors.
