The ideal candidate will occasionally operate heavy machinery and contribute to creating attractive, well-maintained outdoor spaces without the need for travel to different job sites. Growth opportunities include advancement to Lead Landscaper or Maintenance Supervisor roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance and weed control on commercial properties
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, including occasional heavy machinery
• Apply mulching techniques to enhance plant health and appearance
• Prune shrubs and trees to maintain desired shapes and health
• Ensure all work complies with company and safety standards
