Position Overview Excellence Property Care Solutions Inc. is actively seeking a licensed Master Plumber to join our team as a 1099 Independent Contractor in the Tampa, FL 33609 area . This position is ideal for an experienced plumbing professional who wants flexible scheduling, consistent work opportunities, and high earning potential. Qualified contractors can earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week , depending on job volume, availability, and completed projects. We are looking for a reliable Master Plumber who can service Tampa and surrounding areas within approximately a 25–50 mile radius. A valid Florida Master Plumbing License is required. Applicants without the required license will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Plumbing Installation & Repair Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance. Handle water heater replacements, gas and plumbing lines, fixture replacements, drain repairs, leak repairs, and other plumbing-related services. Complete complex plumbing diagnostics and provide professional repair solutions. Troubleshooting & Inspection Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend proper solutions. Identify the cause of leaks, failures, and system problems. Provide detailed reports, photos, and estimates after inspections. Work Order Completion Complete assigned work orders professionally and within scheduled timeframes. Maintain excellent workmanship and follow company/client standards. Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, and property managers. Safety & Code Compliance Ensure all work complies with Florida plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment at every job site.
