This role combines project ownership with operational leadership, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.Responsibilities Include:Taking full ownership of projects from kickoff through completionServing as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholdersCoordinating with sales, engineering, and installation teamsManaging project schedules, procurement timelines, and budgetsTracking costs, change orders, and overall profitabilityOverseeing service operations, technician scheduling, and client communicationManaging procurement, inventory, and equipment logisticsSupervising a team of technicians and engineersEnsuring quality control and customer satisfactionIdeal Qualifications:Strong project and operations management experienceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource planningAbility to manage technical teams and subcontractorsDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiencyThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on operations leader to drive both project success and operational excellence.Salary: $120k - $160k/Year
