UX / UI Designer

Job Type: Full-time, onsite in Dallas TX, 85-95k About the Opportunity We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join a dynamic digital team. This role requires a balance of creativity and functionality, delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs for eCommerce websites and digital platforms. Responsibilities Design Development: Create engaging, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize flows and improve conversion rates. Design Implementation: Collaborate with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently. Brand Alignment: Ensure designs align with brand identity and accessibility standards. Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with design trends, UI frameworks, and UX best practices. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in eCommerce or consumer products. Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and outcomes. Skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions. Preferred Qualifications Background in consumer products, retail, or eCommerce. Work Arrangement Hybrid work options are available for candidates in the Dallas area. This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday.
