What We’re Looking For We are searching for a Dental Hygienist who is: Licensed: Must be a licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of North Dakota, in good standing. Clinically Skilled: Proficient in patient assessment, prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, radiographs, and patient education. Knowledgeable: Familiar with dental instruments, procedures, infection control, and patient care protocols. Detail-Oriented: Possesses strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Compassionate: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with a gentle and reassuring demeanor toward patients of all ages. Proactive: A self-starter who can anticipate the needs of the dentist and patients. Team Player: Collaborates effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
