Part‑time and part‑time on‑call employees: Quest, Inc. provides 401(K) with company match and EAP for part‑time/part‑time on‑call employees Full‑Time LPN Rate: $26.50‑$28.50 per hour Full‑Time RN Rate: $32.50‑$34.50 per hour Full Time Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Full Time Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Full Time Nights: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM PRN Days PRN Nights Responsibilities Overview Comply with nursing policies and procedures to ensure nursing standards are met. Promotes optimal health for clients. Administer medications and treatments per physician’s orders and in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Can administer medications via all routes, without restriction, including controlled substances. Must be able to assist clients with all health and medical devices, including but not limited to glasses, hearing devices, tracheotomies, G/J tubes, colostomies, urostomies, apnea monitors, CPAP machines, ventilators, oxygen, oxygen concentrators, nebulizer machines, suction devices, suctioning toothbrushes, etc. Monitor clients for seizures, medication side effects, signs and symptoms of illness, and provide necessary nursing interventions. Inform Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing and/or physician of health status change/accidents, and injuries of clients. Notify Director or Nursing or Health Care Coordinator of emergency situations. Complete all required documentation including but not limited to assessments, nurses’ notes, tracking forms, charting, incident reports, monthly/quarterly reports, etc. When requested, assist with quality assurance reviews and file documents in charts. Administration classes. Complete medication validation, and documentation as required by APD (65G-7) guidelines. Assist with Respiratory Therapy and IV Therapy as needed to include pushing IV medications and mixing of IV medications. Assist with clinical evaluations and assessment of medication administration and/or understanding of medical procedures of clients. Ensure client’s mealtime procedures and therapeutic positioning procedures, including client transfers, are followed. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program Active unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida Experience in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Experience with specific medical equipment or procedures Effectively communicate at all levels, write, and speak English Reliable transportation Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future Quest, Inc. is a drug free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
