Adecco Staffing is currently hiring for Test Operators located in Florence, KY.


We're hiring a Test Operator to perform testing on electronic circuit board assemblies using automated equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.

Schedule: Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday | 5:00 AM-4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate automated test equipment for electronic assemblies
• Load and unload test fixtures
• Identify and report recurring test failures
• Label, stamp, and scan products accurately
• Maintain production flow and meet daily goals
• Complete process documentation and quality checks
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow all safety and company procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, production, or electronics experience preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized work instructions

PPE Required: Safety glasses and steel-toed shoes

Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
