Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented culinary professional to help prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. In this role, you will support daily food preparation, maintain clean and organized work areas, and contribute to a positive guest experience through consistent food quality and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, work areas, and storage spaces.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to minimize waste.
- Coordinate with team members to support smooth and timely service.
- Assist with inventory checks, receiving supplies, and restocking ingredients as needed.
- Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items commonly used in a kitchen.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
