Position Overview

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, work areas, and storage spaces.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage to minimize waste.
• Coordinate with team members to support smooth and timely service.
• Assist with inventory checks, receiving supplies, and restocking ingredients as needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented setting.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items commonly used in a kitchen.
