Staff Pharmacist | Topeka, Kansas

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Staff Pharmacist at a facility near Lawrence, KS (Lenexa area).

Location: Lenexa, KS
Schedule:

8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility to work both shifts
On-call rotation required

Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions (PV1), order entry, and conducting clinical reviews using the Frameworks system. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working in a clinical pharmacy environment.

Qualifications:

Valid Kansas pharmacist license required
Prior experience in long-term care (LTC) highly preferred
Retail pharmacists with medication therapy management (MTM) experience will also be considered

This position offers a chance to join a healthcare team focused on providing excellent pharmaceutical care within a supportive and structured setting. Flexibility in shift work and on-call duties is essential.
