Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse in LITTLE ROCK, AR. This position requires an experienced healthcare professional to provide specialized care in a Level 4 NICU setting. The role involves working night shifts and may include floating to other units in the intensive care unit cluster, such as Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Burn Intensive Care Unit (Burn ICU), and Intermediate Medical Unit (IMU). Prior travel experience and EPIC electronic health record system expertise are mandatory.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Arkansas license or Compact license; extensive experience in Level 4 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU); minimum of one prior travel assignment; EPIC electronic health record experience; must pass fit test (no facial hair unless for religious beliefs).
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: This role is for an immediate start, with the ability to float to other units within the ICU cluster as needed. IVS interview process with the organization; offers are made after successful interview.
