Job Description Experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Perform skilled HVAC repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues with precision and urgency. Complete work orders independently and document all maintenance activities using email or digital tracking systems. Maintain detailed records of materials, time, and repairs according to company processes. Ensure all HVAC work meets compliance and safety standards, following a structured and consistent approach. Support small property‑level projects as needed, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy. Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work area with respect for personal and resident spaces.
