Pharm Retail Bedside Delivery Rep

Pharmacy Technician

Coordinates timely delivery of medications to the patient's bedside at discharge and extends offer for pharmacist to counsel on medication therapy. Completes point-of-sale transactions at the bedside while providing high quality care and service to patients and their families.

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Education: High school diploma or GED required. Required to complete Huntsville Hospital customer service courses, including, but not limited to: Power of Excellence #3 and Service Recovery within 180 days of hire date. Registration: Must be registered with the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician within 30 days of hire date, and registration must be in good standing active. Additional Skills/Abilities: Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Proficiency in basic math applications and analyses required.
