Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies that help them reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work hand in hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families on therapy approaches that will support ongoing improvement at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment Outcomes: Monitor patients' progress and modify therapies as needed to ensure successful recovery paths

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouraged participation in continuing education and advanced certifications

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
