What You Will Do: Create algorithms to evaluate the safety, comfort, and other performance aspects of autonomous driving systems to ensure their reliable operation Understand business requirements, delve deep into autonomous driving operations, map out business processes, and design data pipelines and metric systems to quantify the capabilities of the autonomous driving system Aggregate and analyze autonomous driving test data, perform deep-dive investigations into the causes of data variations, and identify system issues through data analysis Take responsibility for data visualization and the automation of reports to present data intuitively and support decision-making Efficiently extract high-value traffic scenarios from massive, unstructured test data to drive improvements in the autonomous driving system Utilize algorithmic models or rules to develop performance metrics and automated evaluation methods for autonomous driving algorithms Build a comprehensive framework for evaluating autonomous driving behavior Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Engineering, Statistics, or a related field Programming Skills: Proficient in C++, with a solid programming foundation and a strong sense of good coding practices. Familiar with common data structures and algorithms, capable of writing efficient and stable code.
