We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to create impactful visual communications, infographics, and data-driven designs that support business objectives and enhance stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality visual communication materials, including infographics, presentations, digital graphics, and data visualizations.
• Transform complex data, concepts, and information into engaging and easy-to-understand visual content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual products align with project goals, messaging, and audience needs.
• Maintain consistent branding standards across all communication materials and deliverables.
• Produce creative assets for internal and external communications while meeting tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
• Support the development of visual storytelling strategies that improve information accessibility and audience engagement.
• Review and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
• Strong experience creating infographics, data visualizations, and visually compelling communication materials.
• Demonstrated understanding of branding principles, visual identity, and design best practices.
• Excellent visual storytelling, layout, typography, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design outputs.
