You teach patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. You adapt programs to meet each patient’s unique goals and collaborate with peers, making referrals when necessary. Qualifications 1. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. 2. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or 3. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or 4. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. 5. If the degree was earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent.
