Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in Home Health Care is preferred
• Knowledge of state therapy laws and regulations is essential

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health
• Shift: Days
• Shift Hours: 0800-1700
• Expect at least 20 units of in-home patient care each week
• Limited requested time off - not to extend more than 2 days at a time
