This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for designated critical roles and positions at the management level and above. The Senior Partner delivers a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience, while championing the organization’s employer brand and maintaining a deep understanding of healthcare-specific market dynamics. What will you need to be successful in the role: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 3+ years in the healthcare industry. Experience managing and organizing hiring events, job fairs, and targeted outreach initiatives. Knowledge of AHCA, DBPR, and other healthcare compliance regulations. Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume and high-complexity requisition load. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
