As a Shuttle Truck Driver at Upper Lakes Foods, your success hinges on a unique blend of skills and abilities! First and foremost, a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required. You'll need excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage your routes and paperwork efficiently. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities will serve you well, especially when verifying product accuracy and resolving any discrepancies. Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll interact with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers daily.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, enabling you to provide a professional and positive experience. Adaptability is key, as you may face varying weather conditions and physical demands while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
