The platform gives sellers and marketers AI teammates that understand accounts, apply brand and product intelligence, and continuously improve based on feedback. As the company continues redefining how AI can support revenue workflows, they're looking for a founding Staff Product Designer to help establish the product language, interaction patterns, creative standards, and design systems for a new generation of AI-native software.As a Staff Product Designer, you'll own the core product experience across the surfaces where GTM teams ask for work, shape it, review it, edit it, publish it, and learn from it. You'll design the connective tissue between AI agents, generated assets, data, and users while tackling complex questions around how people direct AI, collaborate with intelligent systems, and maintain confidence and control over generated work. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role that spans product strategy, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and the detailed execution required to create exceptional product experiences.The design challenges are fundamentally different from traditional SaaS. You'll help determine how editing should work when the object being edited is an intelligent system that can regenerate, revise, explain, and learn. You'll explore how to make AI-generated work feel highly intentional and on-brand, how to turn design taste into a system that improves over time, and how to create experiences that are simple enough for everyday use while powerful enough to support sophisticated revenue workflows.This is an early-stage design leadership opportunity where you'll work directly with founders and engineering to shape product strategy, influence the roadmap, prototype ideas before they're fully formed, and help define how product, design, and engineering collaborate in an AI-native environment. The company works together in person in New York City, with rapid feedback loops between design, engineering, founders, customers, and the product itself.
